This month, The Cooking Doctor turns 1..and little did I expect that I would celebrate the milestone with my own featured article in my most favourite food magazine, BBC Good Food! The BBC Good Food Asia comes out with its unique feature of Asian pantry, which is exclusive for Asia edition. I am more than honoured when they approached me few months back to write for them, and I came up with Fraisier using dragon fruit as its main ingredient for their June issue.
I don't know if many of you who live outside Asia have come across this exotic fruit, or if you have tried this healthy fruit at all. I obtained a pdf of my article to share here on the blog with you all.
