First of all, thank you to all the participants who sent in an array of gorgeous food photography for this month's Does My Blog Look Good In This (DMBLGIT). Guess what, we have a whopping 53 entries altogether, and that is without me advertising the event to all the 'food porn' tagets- Tastespotting, Foodgawker and the like. Just shows how popular the DMBLGIT event amongst the food bloggers out there.
Check out the gallery here.
To make it extra special, I have a selection of really really talented, professional judges this month; who willingly agrees to judge the entries despite the round up being so close to Christmas and in the midst of all holiday chaos. Without further ado, let's meet the judges in alphabetical order:
Charlotte Tolhurst
Location: London, UK
Website: http://www.charlottetolhurst.com
Charlotte is an experienced food and portrait photographer who shoots
for clients such as Morrisons, Asda, Weight Watchers, Woman & Home,
Woman, Prima, Alpro, Rachel’s Organic and De’Longhi to name but a few.
She specialised in food photography over five years ago whilst living in Sydney. Inspired by the food and photography culture Down Under she realised it combined her two great passions: delicious food and the creation of beautiful imagery. Based in North London she undertakes shoots in her studio or on location. When not shooting for her clients or her blog, she can be found at newly opened restaurants, supper clubs or food related events. Food truly is her healthy obsession.

Jehanne's notes: I
am an ardent fan of Charlotte's photography, and her site is where I go
to for some professional photography inspiration. I am truly honoured
that Charlotte agrees to judge the entries, especially since she is not a
blogger! Please visit her website for some awesome clicks, and mouth
watering gallery..you will be inspired.

Deeba Rajpal of Passionate about Baking
Location: Delhi, India
website: www.passionateaboutbaking.com
I am a freelance food writer, recipe developer and photographer. Food
is my passion - baking, cooking, developing recipes, making recipes
healthier, using fresh seasonal produce and local products, keeping a
check on my carbon footprint and being a responsible foodie! I enjoy
food styling, food photography, recipe development and product reviews.
I express this through my food photographs which I style and the
recipes I blog.
My strength lies in 'Doing Food From Scratch'; it must taste as good as
it looks, and be healthy too. Baking in India, often my biggest
challenge is the non-availability of baking ingredients, and this has
now become a platform to get creative on. I enjoy cooking immensely as
well.
Jehanne's note: I know Deeba since I started blogging ( who doesn't know Deeba?), and soon after Deeba became one of my dearest blogger friend. I must say she is one of the friendliest food blogger out there, yet one of India's top bloggers! I love her creativity and her stunning photography, and I look forward to her next subsequent post, week after week! There is always something mind-blowing in her blog whether baking from scratch, shooting in dim light and best of all her ventures into healthy lifestyle. I am honoured that Deeba agreed to be one of the judges for us this month.

Jehanne's notes: I came across Katie's WKA on what of my spur-of-the-moment let's learn some food photography one fine evening, and a year since I am still hooked to her beautiful site and her rustic style photography. I now buy the Australian Delicious magazine, purely to gaze on her food photography, with abundance of Australian natural light, and getting a copy of her book soon! I'm so glad that Katie will judge the entries, and thanks a lot for your time, Katie despite being busy with the new book and all thing Christmas!
