3/4 cup (185 ml) canned light coconut milk
3/4 cup (4.5 oz/125 g) cubed pineapple, frozen
1/2 medium banana, peeled, chopped into 2 pieces, and frozen
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 pinch sea salt
1 fresh cherry, for garnish (optional)
- Add all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving glass and top with the cherry if desired; serve.
